In order to develop all this engineering from the milk, EPI Ingredients counts on laboratories of rigorous analyses and control; and well equipped facilities, with a wide diversity of dry manufacturing technologies, suitable for any type of product.

Another product family of our commercialization are the gelatins produced by the german enterprise GELITA, a number-one enterprise with factories distributed world-wide.

These gelatins are produced from different raw materials being most common the pork and the calf.

This family of products have functional properties which are suitable not only for the food industry but are also used in pharmacy, cosmetics and photography.

GELITA was founded 150 years ago and from the beginning flexibility, rapidity and vision of future has always been their principles.

And finally, the third family of products are the flours of soybean in their multiple varieties.
